Oi_e is the application for customers who have Oi Fibra internet. At Oi_e you can request support, view and download bills, change your payment method, track requests, change your Wi-Fi password and much more...

Some Crash customers continue to access products on the Minha Oi app. Soon the functionalities of both apps will be combined so that your experience is complete.

Identify your profile to know which application to use, Oi_e or Minha Oi.

1. I CONTRACTED THE INTERNET OI FIBRA, MY PRODUCT HAS ALREADY BEEN INSTALLED, BUT I AM HAVING ACCESS PROBLEMS

We need your data and description of the problem to guide the solution. Send us an email at [email protected] enter your full name, telephone number registered with Oi_e with area code.

2. I HAVE CONTRACTED THE INTERNET, BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN INSTALLED YET

Wait for the installation and access the Oi_e application again.

3. MY INTERNET IS INACTIVE OR HAS BEEN CANCELED

4. I HAVE ONE OR MORE OF THESE PRODUCTS: CELL PLAN, TV OR COMBO

Manage products in the Minha Oi app.

5. I HAVE THE OI INTERNET AND ALSO ONE OR MORE OF THESE PRODUCTS: CELL PHONE PLAN, TV OR COMBO

You can manage the internet on Oi_e, the other products are managed on the Minha Oi app.
